Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a passionate, high-energy Data Analyst to join our Data Consumption and Culture Team of Data & AI Tribe

Your key responsibilities:

As a Data Analyst you will:

- Design, build and evolve impactful dashboards and reporting solutions using tools like Power BI and MicroStrategy

- Go beyond reporting: analyze data to generate insights that influence business decisions

- Ensure high standards of data quality, consistency and governance across reporting assets

- Partner with stakeholders to define, challenge and refine KPIs and metrics Translate business needs into clear, scalable and reusable reporting solutions

- Create and maintain functional and technical documentation

- Actively contribute to data adoption and data literacy initiatives across the organization

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with drive, curiosity and a strong sense of ownership. If you enjoy working close to the business and turning data into real impact, this role is for you.

Key skills and experience:

- Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, MicroStrategy or similar)

- Strong SQL and data analysis skills

- Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way, to both technical and non-technical audiences

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

- Passion for continuous improvement and learning
