About the Role
What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Deep-Dive Data Analytics: Write and optimize complex, advanced SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze massive datasets related to customer behavior, point redemptions, and campaign performance.
Data Validation & Quality Assurance: Take ownership of data accuracy. You will build validation frameworks to ensure that our loyalty metrics, financial tracking, and user rewards data are robust, consistent, and error-free.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to validate new loyalty feature rollouts and translate business questions into structured, data-driven answers.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
Domain Expertise: Proven track record working directly with loyalty programs, rewards systems, or CRM analytics. You understand user lifecycle stages, churn prediction, and engagement loops.
Advanced SQL Skills: You are a wizard with SQL. Window functions, complex joins, CTEs, and query optimization are second nature to you.
Analytical & Validation Rigor: Exceptional data validation skills. You don't just accept data at face value; you stress-test it, find anomalies, and ensure absolute accuracy before presenting insights to leadership.
