The successful candidate will monitor and analyse workflow reports, highlight shortfalls within agreed parameters, report findings to management and implement practical solutions ensuring data integrity, continuity and accountability at every level.

- 5+ years' experience in a Data Analyst or operational data management role
- Relevant qualification in Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Finance or related field
- Proven experience monitoring and managing data flows in operational systems
- Strong understanding of data governance, quality controls and risk management
- Advanced SQL proficiency for data interrogation, validation and reporting
- Experience with workflow analysis and operational reporting
- Experience with ERP, CRM or business management systems
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Ability to identify shortfalls, propose solutions and report findings to management
