Job Summary:
As a Data Analyst at Jonesbororealtycompany, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to provide valuable insights to the company. You will work closely with our team of real estate agents and other departments to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that will drive business growth and improve decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data from various sources, including internal databases and external websites
- Develop and maintain data systems and databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Identify trends, patterns, and outliers in data to provide valuable insights to the company
- Create data visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with real estate agents and other departments to identify data needs and provide support for data-related projects
- Monitor data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting
- Present findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders
- Assist in the development of data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve decision-making processes
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the real estate industry
- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of real estate data and terminology is a plus.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, with a 40-hour workweek. The Data Analyst will work in an office setting, with occasional opportunities for remote work. Some travel may be required for meetings and conferences.
