Job Purpose
ICE is the leading cloud-based platform provider for the mortgage finance industry. ICE enable lenders to originate more loans, reduces origination costs, and reduce the time to close, all while ensuring the highest levels of compliance, quality, and efficiency.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide actionable insights to drive business decisions. The Data Analyst will work closely with cross functional teams to identify the trends and develop reports.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean and validate data from various sources.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns and correlations based on the data.
- Develop and maintain the dashboard and reports to visualize key metrics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the requirements and provide data driven solutions.
- Conduct analysis to support business initiatives and strategic decision making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
- Work in 24 / 7 shifts.
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related technical field
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or equivalent.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with databases.
- Experience with Data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI or similar.
- Familiar with Python and other programming languages.
Preferred Knowledge and Experience
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills Practical application ability.
- Strong interpersonal skills, accuracy with numbers, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and meet stringent deadlines.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience working in Agile environment.
