We're looking for a data-driven, curious, and motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our team at a leading digital streaming platform.
This role supports the analysis of viewer behavior, content performance, ad monetization, and audience engagement across our AVOD and SVOD services.
You'll work with cross-functional teams—from content programming to marketing and ad ops—to help translate data into actionable business insights.
Key Responsibilities sCollect, clean, and process data from internal platforms (viewership logs, CRM, ad servers, etc.) Assist in building dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs like watch time, churn, engagement, and ad performance eSupport content performance analysis across titles, genres, and channels (FAST, AVOD, SVOD) Help track A/B tests for product and UX enhancement sCollaborate with marketing and monetization teams to analyze campaign impact and revenue trends Maintain high standards of data quality and documentation Requirements ~ Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Media Analytics, Business, or related fields ~0–2 years of experience in data analysis (internships or media-related roles a plus) ~ Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; basic SQL knowledge ~ Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio) ~ Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple data sources ~ Strong communication skills to translate numbers into stories ~ Interest in streaming, media consumption trends, and digital advertisign Nice to Have Experience with video analytics platforms (Conviva, Nielsen, Google Analytics 4) Understanding of AVOD/SVOD monetization models and key metrics (MAU, LTV, CPM, churn rate, etc.) Exposure to Python/R for data manipulation or visualization Passion for entertainment, streaming content, and audience behavior
