Responsibilities
- Lead the integration of data from multiple sources into unified systems
- Design, implement, and optimize data flows to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Develop and maintain automated solutions for data integration and reporting
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver robust data solutions
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout all processes
- Provide technical support and training on data integration tools and best practices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management methodologies
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis, data integration, and data flow management
- Proficiency with SQL and experience in ETL tools and data integration platforms
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and database management systems
- Advanced skills in Python or R for data processing and automation
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Technology, or related field
- Fluency in English and Italian
- Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data quality
Remote Policy
Hybrid work with presence in the Milan office required once a week.
