About Appwrk IT Solutions/ Intelligate YMS
Appwrk IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a premier IT solutions provider dedicated to revolutionizing the global supply chain through high-performance logistics products that enhance transportation and warehouse efficiency. Currently, our flagship product powers 50+ sites across the United States, serving as a mission-critical tool for global operations. As we move into 2026, Appwrk is aggressively expanding its footprint into Europe, seeking high-intellect individuals to support this global scaling phase.
The Role: High-Precision Product Configuration & Data Validation
At the 2–4 year experience level, we look for individuals who bridge the gap between technical data layers and functional product behavior. We are seeking a Product Analyst (Data & Configurations) who specializes in SQL Server to own the setup, mapping, and behavioral tuning of our logistics platform. This is not a passive reporting role; you will be the engineer behind the scenes ensuring our software adapts perfectly to the unique layout, routing rules, and business logic of every new global site we onboard.
You will be responsible for translating a site's operational parameters (e.g., zone layouts, carrier rules, cross-docking workflows) into precise SQL-backed system configurations, ensuring a seamless, error-free launch.
Key Responsibilities
- System Configuration & Mapping: Translate complex logistics workflows into concrete product settings. You will write and execute SQL scripts to seed master data, configure system parameters, and establish operational rules within our SQL Server backend.
- Data Integrity & Validation: Analyze and validate client legacy data before ingestion. You will write advanced T-SQL queries to audit incoming datasets, identify structural anomalies, and ensure compatibility with our product schema.
- Behavioral Troubleshooting: Act as the Tier-3 functional expert when product behavior doesn't align with expectations. You will dive into SQL Server tables, stored procedures, and configuration states to diagnose whether an issue is a software bug or a data configuration mismatch.
- Query-Based Data Analysis: Use T-SQL (CTEs, Window Functions, Complex Joins) to extract operational baseline metrics and perform post-go-live analysis, verifying that the system is configured for optimal performance.
- Onboarding Blueprinting: Work closely with Technical Program Managers to create repeatable, optimized SQL scripts and configuration templates, reducing the implementation lifecycle as we scale into European markets.
Who You Are
- The System Architect Mindset: You don't just look at data in a vacuum; you understand how changing a single flag or row in a SQL configuration table fundamentally alters how an end-user experiences the product on the warehouse floor.
- The Intellectual \"Grasper\": You can walk into a completely unfamiliar supply chain environment, understand its physical and logical constraints within days, and accurately map those constraints into our database schema.
- Obsessed with Precision: You operate with a rule of \"Minimal Re-work.\" A single misconfigured parameter can stall a multi-million dollar fulfillment center. You test your scripts against extreme edge cases before executing them in production environments.
- Remote-Ready & Autonomous: You take massive ownership of your deliverables. You thrive in a 100% remote setup, managing your time efficiently across fast-moving deployment sprints.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Functional Consultant, Configuration Analyst, or Data Analyst working directly with software implementation or product operations.
- SQL Server Specialization:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL) .
- Excellent hand in writing analytical and data manipulation queries (Joins, Subqueries, CTEs, INSERT/UPDATE scripting for massive datasets).
- Ability to read and understand existing Stored Procedures, Views, and Table Relationships to diagnose configuration impacts.
- Soft Skills: High analytical reasoning, exceptional eye for detail, clear cross-functional communication, and a strong sense of personal accountability.
- Domain Expertise: Direct experience configuring, supporting, or analyzing data within Logistics, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or Supply Chain ERPs is nice to have!!
