THE WORK
Develop automated reports and dashboards to support product and business operations, ensuring data accessibility and efficiency.
Analyze complex datasets using SQL and Tableau to uncover trends, drive actionable insights, and influence product roadmaps and executive decisions.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to deliver data‐driven solutions that align with business goals.
Design and implement scalable data models that integrate multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and accessibility.
Communicate insights and analysis results to stakeholders across SimplePractice, highlighting opportunities to better serve both the business and its customers.
NEEDED EXPERTISE
4+ years of experience in data analysis and analytics, with a proven track record of mentoring team members.
Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools and programming languages, including SQL and Python.
Experience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or similar BI tools.
Strong ability to interpret complex data using advanced analytics, such as predictive modeling, to forecast trends and optimize business outcomes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to multiple stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross‐functional teams.
Enthusiastic about data and analytics, eager to learn new techniques, and enjoy working with data scientists and engineers.
Nice‐to‐have: experience with dbt Cloud, ETL pipelines, data warehouse best practices, or techniques like regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and multivariate analysis.
