This full-time hybrid position (after 3 months of on-site training period) is based in our Mexico City office, with flexible work options available later.The role supports multiple business areas and is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center.What the day will look likeAon's Innovation and Integrated Solutions (IIS) team brings together six specialty areas—Pharmacy, Audit, Clinical/Wellbeing, Compliance & Policy Consulting, Time Away & Life Solutions, and Innovation Area.The Health Solutions Client Success Coordinator – IIS Pharmacy will contribute to the team's success by taking ownership of and accountability for assigned client projects and deliverables.You will play an integral role on the client team.You will collaborate colleagues based in the U.S., working with team members to turn data, insights, and ideas into clear, well‐structured strategies internally and externally!
Key Responsibilities- Proactively building knowledge base of health and welfare benefits- Developing an understanding of basic business and financial concepts- Collaborating with others to ensure accuracy and timeliness- Service client accounts, develop client project plans, and coordinate deliverables- Review pharmacy claims data and use analytical tools such as SQL Server Management Studio, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Tableau, and Excel to extract, transform, load, and validate significant volumes of data against business requirements- Develop data views and alerts based on analysis- Develop deep subject matter expertise in the area of pharmacy benefits, developing knowledge on best practices and market trends, and contributing to the developments and enhancement of new and existing products and services- Work with colleagues from Pharmacy Practice to bring in expertise on variety of subjects to create new, topical reports and support advising clients on how to act on their data insights- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical information, including good presentation skillsRequired ExperienceWe're looking for collaborators, analytical professionals, problem solvers, excellent teammates, effective communicators, relationship builders and future leaders.We strive to recruit a range of hardworking individuals who offer varying experiences, backgrounds and strengths to ensure we can continue to offer the most innovative solutions.Additionally, we take into consideration the following:- English proficiency in effective communication, encompassing both verbal and written forms- Clear, concise, and professional communication skills are required- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to identify problems and solutions- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment- Solid research skills- Project scheduling, coordination, and diligent follow-up skills with strong attention to detail- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint, e-mail and internet tools- Basic understanding of database architecture- Data visualization skillsHow this opportunity is differentWhat makes Aon different are the people and the culture!
