Graduate - Data Analytics Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain multidimensional OLAP data models.
• Develop and configure business rules to support financial and operational planning solutions.
• Build ETL processes to import, transform, and export data from multiple data sources.
• Develop user-friendly interfaces for data capture, validation, and review.
• Design and deliver reports, dashboards, graphs, and analytical insights to support business decision-making.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancement of analytics solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular project feedback.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of analytical applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-quality solutions.

• Solid understanding of fundamental computing principles.
• Understanding of financial and management accounting principles.

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration principles.
• Familiarity with reporting and dashboard development.
• Exposure to financial modelling or planning solutions would be advantageous.

Qualifications:

• A completed or final-year Bachelor's Degree (minimum three-year qualification) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Matric-level Accounting is essential.
• Tertiary Accounting will be advantageous.
• Recent graduates and candidates completing their studies are encouraged to apply.
