About The Role

Land Registry Services (LRS) manages secure property, subdivision, and water share registrations, ensuring the integrity of Victoria’s land register and cadastral boundaries. Through SERV, LRS delivers high-volume title and property information services that support land transactions, infrastructure, and development. The Data Analytics & Reporting Developer supports Victoria’s Digital Transformation Strategy through specialised technical expertise.

The role involves analysing structured, unstructured, and geospatial datasets to deliver insights supporting land registry operations and decision-making. Responsibilities include developing dashboards, automating data transformation and reporting processes, improving data quality and validation, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions in a culturally safe and inclusive environment.

• Utilises strong systems development and implementation capabilities to manage complex tasks, support teams, and engage effectively with stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

You’ll bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Mathematics or Geomatics or Computer Science or equivalent (mandatory)
