Data & Analytics Technology Associate

We are a rising company with rich client experiences and great references. As we continue to grow our business, we are looking for a Data & Analytics Technology Associate to join our team. The primary role of a Data & Analytics Technology Associate is to support engagements by driving the research and fact-gathering process, analyzing, and synthesizing findings, and developing deliverables for clients. Data & Analytics Technology Associates work across the company and will be staffed on projects that vary in industry, scope and length, providing a unique opportunity to experience a variety of consulting engagements early in their career.

Position Requirements: Responsibilities include assisting experienced staff with technology and consulting projects, building basic reporting capabilities and dashboards through data visualization, supporting workshops, meetings and stakeholder interviews, gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations. The role also involves presenting results to client management, developing communications tailored to specific audiences, working in agile, collaborative environments, building relationships with diverse project teams as well as clients, using Design Thinking to help solve client's challenges, analyzing data and developing conclusions and strategies, conducting research and developing written work products, understanding end-to-end business processes across various ERP systems or cloud based solutions, documenting standard operating procedures and business requirements, creating design documentation and process flows to assist in implementing technology solutions, demonstrating ability to identify and incorporate tools and techniques using technology applications, and supporting Program Management Office (PMO) services and operations.

Formal Education and Certification: Minimum Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited college or university. Minimum three years' work experience, preferably with client facing service areas. Ideal candidates possess excellent oral and written communication skills, confidence, and a 'can-do' attitude. Strong computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word). Working knowledge of tools like Power BI and Tableau; advanced Excel data manipulation skills. Able to understand clients' needs and challenges and apply a creative and logical approach to identify solutions. Exceptional quantitative analysis skills and ability to derive recommendations informed by data and insights. Comfortable working on multiple tasks concurrently and meeting deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands. Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment, able to build direct working relationships with ROCIMG and client teams.

Location: Gaithersburg, MD, Hybrid. Visits to client site may be required occasionally for this position.
