ELEKS is looking for a Senior Data Architect (PostgreSQL + Graph Databases) in Canada. Key Responsibilities
Design scalable enterprise data architecture using PostgreSQL and graph technologies Define logical and physical data models Optimize database performance and scalability Define integration strategies between relational and graph databases Collaborate with AI and platform engineering teams Support technical discovery and solution design Create architecture standards and governance documentation Guide engineering teams throughout implementation Requirements
8+ years of experience in Data Architecture Expert knowledge of PostgreSQL architecture, optimization, and data modeling Experience working with Graph Databases (Neo4j, Neptune, TigerGraph, etc.) Strong knowledge of data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and modern data platforms Experience with cloud-native database services Familiarity with semantic data modeling is a plus Experience supporting AI and analytics platforms Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
