Data Capture Specialist
Location: Marion, IN (Onsite) Pay: Starting at $14.85/hour Schedule: Part-Time | Monday - Friday | 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm

What You'll Do
- Work in a moderate quiet, focused office environment processing digital documents
- Accurately enter and verify information into internal systems (data entry / KFI)
- Review and organize documents using clear guidelines and procedures
- Operate scanning equipment to prepare documents for processing
- Follow established processes to ensure data is handled securely
- Meet daily and monthly productivity and quality standards
What You'll Bring
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills and comfort using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Ability to type accurately and work with documents and numbers (40+WPM minimum typing test will be administered)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
- Willingness to learn and work in a structured environment
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
No prior office experience required, however, candidates must demonstrate the ability to maintain professionalism, follow office standards, and work appropriately in a professional environment.
