We are seeking a Senior Data Center Security Installation Program Manager (Project Leader 2) to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business Unit. As part of the SES Strategic Business Unit you will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates and maintains electronic security services inclusive of intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, IT systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems for federal, local and commercial customers across high-growth markets.
Responsibilities
A Senior Data Center Security Installation Program Manager is responsible for assisting with the overall administration, organization, implementation, and growth of a data center electronic security installation program.
The Project Leader 2 position is a senior leadership role. The selected candidate will be the deputy program manager responsible for overseeing a nation-wide data center installation program.

Qualifications
A minimum of 10 years of experience in the design, installation, integration, and testing of electronic security systems. Within this timeframe, at least five years of experience managing installation projects on nationwide security installation federal government contracts. 10+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline (BS) 7+ years of experience with a Master's in Engineering. Experience working on electrical projects ranging from $500,000 to $10M. Experience working with contract drawings, subcontracts, contract addendums, specifications, change orders, RFIs, submittals. Experience using sophisticated Project Mgmt, CPM Scheduling, Cost and AutoCAD software. Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints and drawings on electrical projects. Familiar with standard deliverables and work process on projects. Must have strong interpersonal and writing skills and be a problem owner/solver. Proven ability to effectively plan and organize one's own activities or the activities of others. Attention to detail. Exceptional MS Excel skills Experience with scheduling (MS Project) a plus. Demonstrated technical proficiency in MCD core disciplines.
