Job Description:
- Monitor multiple systems simultaneously and spot anomalies
- Ensuring backups complete and documents are printed accurately
- Remain calm when dealing with system alerts or urgent recovery requests
Requirements:
- Shift work may be required to support 24/7 data center operations
- Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office & Windows
Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN), and data center infrastructure
Familiarity with system monitoring tools and ticketing systems
Knowledge of backup technologies and data recovery concepts is an advantage
