We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer / Software Developer to join a high-performing engineering team responsible for building enterprise-grade cloud-native applications supporting next-generation AI compliance platforms. This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining a scalable real-time streaming connector that integrates internal Generative AI applications and chatbots with enterprise compliance platforms such as Norm AI. The successful candidate will combine expertise in Python development, AWS cloud services, Apache Kafka, REST API integration, and event-driven architectures to build secure, highly scalable backend services capable of processing high-volume AI interactions in real time. This is a hands-on engineering role where you will partner closely with Architects, Platform Engineers, AI Engineers, and Product teams to deliver enterprise-wide AI governance capabilities.
