We’re looking for a Senior Data Engineer to join our remote team and take ownership of building and scaling data solutions using Databricks on AWS . This is a hands‑on senior IC role with strong influence on architecture and implementation.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL / ELT pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, and AWS
  • Work with large, complex datasets in production environments
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python and advanced SQL
  • Build pipelines from scratch , not just maintain existing ones
  • Ensure data quality, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with product, analytics, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and data engineering best practices

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
  • Strong, hands‑on experience with: Python, SQL (advanced), PySpark, Databricks (production experience required) and AWS
  • Proven experience designing and building end‑to‑end data pipelines
  • Solid understanding of distributed data processing and data modeling
  • Fluent English , both written and spoken
