Data Engineer With Full Stack Knowledge (Xico)

HealthHelper is an innovative healthcare startup dedicated to improving patient outcomes through advanced technology solutions. Our team is committed to streamlining healthcare data integration, enabling providers to deliver better care through actionable insights.

We’re looking for an experienced Data Engineer with full‑stack knowledge to join our team. In this role, you’ll contribute to both our full‑stack web application and the development of scalable data pipelines.

• Apache Spark - 5 years
• Big data ETL (Hudi, Iceberg or similar) - 5 years
• Full stack web development (ReactJS / NodeJS) - 5 years
• Databases (Relational DBs and Redis) - 5 years
• DevOps (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform) - 5 years
• Minimum Bachelors degree in computer science or related field (Masters preferred)

HealthHelper is a small team and therefore there is a large amount of work and tight deadlines. Working here is not for everyone, however you will:
