We’re hiring a Senior Data Engineer with advanced English (B2/C1) for a full-time role , focused on building and scaling high-performance data pipelines that power critical business decisions. This is a hands-on opportunity for engineers experienced in Spark, Scala/Java, and distributed systems who thrive on complex challenges at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Architect and build batch & real-time data pipelines
- Design scalable data models and architectures
- Ensure data quality, reliability, and SLAs
- Optimize pipelines for performance and scale
- Implement monitoring and validation frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data architecture
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or similar roles
- Strong expertise in:
- Java or Scala
- Apache Spark
- Advanced SQL
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation Experience building and managing large-scale data pipelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments
- Excellent communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AWS (S3, Redshift, Athena)
- Familiarity with Airflow or similar orchestration tools
- Experience with Hive, Presto, or similar technologies
- Background in fraud detection, risk, or safety systems
