Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Solution Architecture, Digital Consulting, or Enterprise Architecture.
- 5+ years of experience working with Drupal CMS platforms.
- Strong understanding of Drupal architecture, content modeling, workflows, and governance.
- Experience leading enterprise CMS or Digital Experience Platform (DXP) initiatives.
- Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, use case development, and functional documentation.
- Experience in CMS modernization, migration, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Drupal 9/10/11 implementations.
- Knowledge of Headless Drupal, REST APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
- Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, analytics, and personalization strategies.
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, Acquia, or other CMS platforms.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and API-led architecture.
- UX/CX strategy and customer journey mapping expertise.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience Range: 8-15+ Years (with 5+ years in Drupal-based Digital Experience Platforms)
