I'm currently recruiting for a data engineer based in Dublin, focusing on hybrid working. This is an initial 6 month contract, strong day rate available. About the Role Senior Data Engineer responsible for designing and developing scalable data platforms, pipelines and data warehouse solutions. Work closely with Finance, Sales, Customer Success and Engineering to turn complex business data into trusted, actionable insights. Build data solutions that support both modern analytics and emerging AI/ML use cases. Requirements Previous experience in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering, with strong SQL, Python, ETL, DBT and data modelling skills. Previous technical experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or Redshift, alongside cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP. Previous experience designing reliable data pipelines, working with APIs and SaaS business systems, and supporting BI solutions such as Tableau. Desirable Experience with AI/ML data structures, RAG architectures or predictive modelling. Knowledge of cloud cost optimisation, object storage and serverless technologies.
