Our Greater Philadelphia area client is looking for a Data Engineer. This is a permanent role by way of 6+ month contract-to-hire.
Position Description
- Building data pipelines
- Managing multiple projects at one time
- Very organized, excellent communication
- Very well-planned to handle multiple projects at one time
- Assessing roadblocks and making improvements
Required Skills
- 3+ year overall years of Data Engineering
- Azure Databricks a must
- Some basic familiarity of Azure Data Factory
- Databricks familiarity not just ingesting data, but going beyond that
- Scripting languages SQL a must, Python, Pyspark
- Ability to pass coding assessment in interview for Azure Databricks, Pyspark, etc.
