Senior Data Engineer - Data Warehouse & BI Platform Location: Fully remoteOur client is a venture-backed Agri-Tech business using technology to improve livestock care and support better decision-making for farmers.They are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to help scale their data warehouse and BI platform, building reliable, well-modelled datasets for reporting, analytics, and downstream tools.5+ years in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or similar~ Experience of owning a BigQuery + dbt (or equivalent) pipeline end-to-end, ideally at a startup or small-team scale where they were the most senior data person on the work~ Experience of being the 'go-to' Data Engineer and teaching the rest of the team~ Strong SQL and dimensional modelling experience~ BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouse experience~ Python for pipelines, orchestration, or data tooling~ Experience supporting BI-ready datasets and analytics workflows~ Prefect, Airflow, or similar orchestration toolsPower BIData quality, testing, or observability toolsBigQuery, SQL, DBT, Prefect, Python, GitLab, LookML, Power BIYou will design and maintain scalable warehouse models, improve SQL transformation layers, support Python-based data infrastructure, enhance data quality, and work with technical and business stakeholders to deliver robust analytics-ready data.
