Senior Data Engineer with Python & Snowflake

Lead data solution initiatives as a Senior Data Engineer, utilizing your expertise in Python and Snowflake within a hybrid environment. Focus on developing robust data pipelines and managing orchestration effectively.
In this hybrid position, you will play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining data pipelines while integrating various upstream systems. Engage in both run and change activities, handling data transformation and quality checks. The collaborative nature of this role will require you to work closely with product owners and cross-functional teams to prioritize and address technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support data ingestion from APIs and legacy systems
• Design orchestration using Snowflake tasks
• Manage GitHub repositories and CI/CD deployment
• Participate in the on-call rotation for production issues
• Ensure data quality through thorough validation processes
Requirements:
• Expertise in Python, SQL, Snowflake (Snowpark)
• Experience with AWS and data ingestion techniques
• Background with DB2 and Denodo systems preferred
• Familiarity with event-driven and batch processing
• Strong troubleshooting and RCA skills
