Data Entry Associate

Position Type:

  • Contract
  • Hybrid 4 days in office/1 day remote

Required:

  • 02 years of experience in data entry or administrative support.
  • Prior experience entering data related to contracts or agreements required.
  • Working knowledge of contracts or agreements required.
  • Ability to enter data at a reasonable speed with strong accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and established procedures consistently.
  • Knowledge of contract or agreement types for proper classification.
  • Experience with or exposure to the following tools:
    • DocuSign
    • Adobe Acrobat
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Optional: Experience with any Contract Management system
    • Basic computer and keyboarding proficiency

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter contract and agreement data from source documents into designated systems.
  • Review, verify, and correct data entered through electronic or hard-copy documents.
  • Identify and classify contract or agreement types correctly for upload into a new tool.
  • Perform detailed review and validation of uploaded contract data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Follow standard operating procedures, instructions, and pre-established guidelines.
  • Maintain a high level of data accuracy and attention to detail.
