Job Summary
Are you detail-focused and motivated by work that supports communities across Oklahoma? In this temporary, hybrid role, you support a critical system transition by collecting, organizing, and accurately entering household data that helps partner pantries serve neighbors effectively. You manage intake records from partner locations, enter and review data in the Service Insights platform, communicate to resolve missing information, and protect confidential records throughout the process. Success in the first 612 months includes producing dependable, accurate records at a steady pace, maintaining clear communication with partner sites, and supporting a smooth transition to the new cloud-based platform.

Safety Sensitive Designation
This position is classified as Safety Sensitive under Oklahoma law. Employees in safety sensitive roles perform duties where even a momentary lapse in concentration could result in injury, environmental harm, or risk to others. The Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma is not permitted to hire applicants who hold a medical marijuana card for safety sensitive positions in compliance with state law.
Physical & Environmental Expectations
Work involves extended periods in stationary positions in office, field, or vehicle settings; operating a vehicle safely; handling and moving materials up to 20 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently; maintaining focus and auditory awareness; and following safety protocols including required PPE. Work is primarily performed in an environmentally controlled office setting with regular travel up to 50 percent and occasional work outside regular schedules based on business needs.
