Job Description

The position is responsible for a variety of scanning, indexing, customer service and data entry tasks, attaching files to electronic records and printing certificates from the electronic record. Also responsible for entering daily totals into the tracking log, processing online death certificate orders, opening and sorting mail, scanning and data entry of application requests received. Required Skill Set/Skill Level/Experience: Strong customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Willingness to work independently and take initiative to identify issues.
