Job Title: Senior Data Migration Validation Analyst
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Local Candidates Only | Hybrid: 1 day/week onsite or as needed)
Job Description:
Arizona DES/DTS is seeking a Senior Data Migration Validation Analyst to ensure end-to-end data integrity for a complex migration from a Mainframe system to SQL Server and Salesforce Service Cloud. This role is responsible for data reconciliation, source-to-target mapping validation, Salesforce data validation, defect triage, and ensuring zero data loss throughout the migration process.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience with SQL Server, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Data Conversion Testing/Validation
- Advanced SQL skills including joins, CTEs, window functions, and data profiling
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, SOQL, Data Loader, and Workbench
- Experience validating legacy data, fixed-width files, and EBCDIC-to-ASCII conversions
- Experience with scripting/automation using Python (Pandas) or advanced Excel/Power Query
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred Skills:
- AI experience
- Legacy data migration expertise
- Scripting and automation experience
