We are looking to strengthen our Planning team and are seeking a Production Planning Lead to join us.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the accurate translation of customer demand into the company's production plan, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coordinate the validation of customer orders against contractual requirements, identifying and communicating any deviations.
- Manage and distribute the Master Production Plan (MPP), including customer requirements and manufacturing completion status across all programs, providing a comprehensive view of production and deliveries to support decision-making on resources, capacity, and budgets.
- Integrate customer demand into the company's ERP system and maintain the finalized production plan for MRP execution.
- Proactively identify risks, analyze and escalate potential issues, and define mitigation and action plans to ensure business continuity and delivery performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning, supply chain planning, or similar roles.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel.
- Availability to travel.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and MRP processes.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
