At DIO we work on applications which help improve user experience and overall ecosystem around Bombardier Jets. As a DevOps intern you will be helping maintaining good performance of these applications from start to finish in SDLC.
What are your contributions to the team?
- Support the design and implementation of CICD pipelines
- Assist in supporting AWS cloud issues
- Collaborate with engineers and analysts to improve deployment cycle of Digital Products
- Help develop and maintain components of cloud-based applications
- Participate in troubleshooting and optimizing data workflows
- Contribute to documentation and adoption of best practices in data engineering
- Learn and apply modern tools and technologies in cloud and Digital products
How to thrive in this role?
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Python, AI cost management and Git workflow
- Understanding DevSecOps concepts like CICD, Security etc.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is an asset
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment of application development
- Experience with version control (Git) and basic software development practices
- Knowledge of data visualization especially to improve application performance
- Interest in application development with security practices
