Key Responsibilities
- Process customer data accurately and on schedule
- Validate completed processes and create detailed work orders
- Identify and communicate file issues promptly to relevant teams
- Set up artwork and composition software for production
- Maintain complete and accurate paperwork
- Provide recommendations to improve customer service
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively
- Self-starter with determination and persistence
- Excellent communication skills
- Motivated to learn and grow professionally
- Technical competency and adaptability to new software
- Graphic design experience preferred
- Flexible and open to change in a growing department
Education and Experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Python knowledge a plus
- 3-5 years of data processing experience preferred but not required
