Data Processor

The Data Processor maintains membership, job, and financial data across databases and other systems by entering, reviewing, updating, and correcting information. Prepares and processes source data by compiling, sorting, matching, and verifying records. Supports finance file processing, data imports, quality assurance, and troubleshooting to ensure accurate and timely member records.

Typical Working Conditions:
Primarily works in an office or hybrid office environment. Regular use of computers and multiple software applications throughout the workday. Frequent interaction with staff, members, employers, and external partners by phone, email, and electronic communication. Fast-paced environment with competing priorities and established processing deadlines. Occasional overtime may be required during peak processing periods or special organizational initiatives. May be required work outside of normal business hours to include weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.
Physical Working Conditions:
Prolonged periods of sitting while performing computer-based work. Frequent use of hands and fingers for keyboard and mouse operation. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Ability to read computer screens and printed documents. Occasionally lift and move office materials weighing up to 20 pounds. Ability to move throughout the office to attend meetings and collaborate with staff.
Compensation:
Pay ranges from $27.29 $35.61 per hour. Benefits include vacation, holiday, and sick leave benefits, fully employer paid health, dental, vision, and life insurance, defined benefit pension plan, and optional 401(k), WFH credit, pet insurance, and more.
