Data Program Manager
We are looking for an experienced Data Program Manager to develop and implement a data management strategy aligned with business objectives. The role focuses on data architecture, governance, data products, and enabling self-service capabilities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive data management strategy.
- Work with stakeholders to define data products and business requirements.
- Design data architectures that support scalable and self-service data capabilities.
- Establish and implement data governance policies and frameworks.
- Coordinate the rollout of the data strategy and develop appropriate training plans.
- Manage stakeholders, timelines, deliverables, and project priorities.
- Communicate complex data concepts clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in data program or project management.
- Strong understanding of data management, data architecture, and governance.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and data governance tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD is a plus.
- Understanding of data science and machine learning is an advantage.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
