Our reputable banking client is seeking a Program Manager to come aboard the team and help contribute to the overall data strategy of this bank. This individual will help structure and execute the data strategy including a large cloud migration project that is underway.

More specifically you will:

• Lead execution of the enterprise data strategy, translating strategic goals into actionable programs and project plans.
• Manage a portfolio of data initiatives, including cloud migrations, data platform modernization, data governance, and data quality programs.
• Drive delivery of key data projects such as cloud data platform implementations, ETL modernization, and data warehouse decommissioning.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, technology, data engineering, and leadership to ensure successful execution.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps, manage risks and dependencies, and provide executive-level status reporting.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, align resources, and achieve business objectives.
• Support modern data operations and cloud-based data environments, including Azure Synapse and Microsoft Fabric.
