Position Description:
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Translate business requirements into technical data quality rules and maintain Python codebases using Git.
• Develop automated data quality monitoring routines, dashboards, and alerts for key data quality indicators.
• Implement, configure, and maintain Collibra Data Quality (DQ) jobs.
• Create and manage datasets, execute DQ jobs, configure agents, and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform data profiling and auditing to identify anomalies, trends, and data quality risks.
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with business, governance, and engineering teams to resolve data quality issues.
• Utilize Collibra DI Views, glossary hierarchies, and governance workflows.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance standards.
• Support metadata management and data governance initiatives.
• Write advanced SQL queries across multiple databases.
• Integrate data quality processes with Oracle databases and AWS S3.
• Support cloud file processing, service account authentication, and endpoint testing.
• Ensure secure and reliable integration with cloud and on-premise data sources.
• Work closely with Data Governance, Engineering, and Business teams.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Recommend continuous improvements to enterprise data quality processes.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Must-Have Skills:
• 6+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Quality, Data Analysis, and Data Profiling.
• Strong understanding of Data Quality concepts and best practices.
• Expert-level Python programming skills.
• Hands-on experience with Collibra Data Quality (DQ) including:
• Dataset Creation
• DQ Job Execution
• Agent Configuration
• Issue Resolution
• Collibra DI Views
• Glossary Structures
• Governance Workflows
• Advanced SQL programming across multiple databases.
• Experience with AWS S3 and cloud file processing.
• Knowledge of Oracle databases.
• Experience with Git version control.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good-to-Have Skills:
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Knowledge of Data Governance frameworks.
• Experience with ETL/Data Integration tools.
• Exposure to Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with metadata management and data catalog solutions.
• Knowledge of Shell Scripting.
• Experience working in Healthcare, Insurance, or Banking domains.
