Job functions :
- Utilize advanced Python programming skills to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms for various business use cases.
- Develop Machine Learning techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning
- Ensure the availability, quality, and security of data used for analysis and modeling
- Investigate and interpret data to identify actionable insights and opportunities for improvement
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions and drive business growth
Qualifications and requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a data science domain or related role.
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and model development.
- Data Science libraries (such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch)
- Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Lead efforts to expand business opportunities by identifying new avenues for data-driven insights and solutions.
- Create Point of Views (POVs) and thought leadership content to showcase the company's expertise in data science and analytics.
- A Tech lead to handle a team in completing the client deliverables
- Research and devise innovative statistical models for data analysis
- Take responsibility for technical skill-building within the organization (training, process definition, research of new tools and techniques etc.)
- Take part in organizational development activities to take our organization to the next level
- Strong knowledge in Statistics, ML is a must, and LLM/Gen AI is a plus
Desirable skills :
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Machine Learning techniques and frameworks such as such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering value-added solutions
- Experience in building Reporting Dashboards in any of the BI Tools is good to have Power BI, Tableau, Looker
- Familiarity with any could platform such as Azure, AWS, GPC is good to have
