- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or other quantitative fields
- 5+ years of industry experience in AI/ML/NLP solutions
- Proficiency in Python or Java
- Experience with relevant AI/ML/NLP software packages
- Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Design high-performance AI systems using advanced techniques
- Create automation solutions to improve efficiency
- Research novel analytical enhancement methods
- Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and IT stakeholders
- Promote new AI/ML/NLP capabilities
- Champion innovative strategies for suspicious activity detection
