Data Solution Architect

I'm partnering with a leading global technology consultancy that is expanding its Data & AI practice in Spain and looking for an experienced Data Solution Architect .

This role is ideal for someone passionate about designing modern, scalable data platforms and helping organizations transform their data landscape using cloud technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end data architectures that support business and technical objectives.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
• Define solution architectures across modern cloud data platforms.
• Design data models, integration strategies and data pipelines.
• Lead the implementation of cloud-native data solutions using platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake or Databricks.
• Work closely with architects, engineering teams and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive best practices around data governance, scalability, security and performance.
• Contribute to architecture decisions for data platforms, analytics and AI initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Strong experience as a Data Solution Architect, Data Architect or Lead Data Engineer.
• Deep understanding of cloud-based data architectures.
• Hands-on experience with one or more cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake or Databricks .
• Experience designing modern data platforms, ETL/ELT processes and data integration solutions.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL and distributed data technologies.
• Familiarity with Spark, Hadoop or other big data frameworks.
• Experience working with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Cloud certifications are highly valued.

Nice to have

• Experience with Machine Learning, AI or Business Intelligence platforms.
• Experience implementing data governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of modern analytics ecosystems and enterprise data strategies. xhfqzwm
