Data Visualization Engineer

Description

We are looking for a Junior Data Visualization Engineer with strong computing skills and a data analytics/visualization background, a highly motivated professional who will grow fast and will make our business transparent and trackable by empowering operations and product management with an easy-to-use dashboard system with AI capabilities.

In this role, you won't just build dashboards—you will become the bridge between raw data, cutting-edge AI tools, and our business users across Israel.

This is a unique position designed for someone who wants to deep dive into the business, learn rapidly from senior mentors, and scale their career long-term within a global tech company.

Areas of responsibility:

Dashboards development

• Collection and analysis of business requirements;
• Development of dashboard backend - creation of data sources by combining data from the DWH
• Visualization of the data using the corporate template and best vis practices;
• Quality checks - functionality tests, data accuracy checks;
• Presentation/adoption of the result to the stakeholders and collecting the feedback.

AI Support for Business Users

• Act as the first point of contact for business users looking to leverage data and AI tools;
• Help business users to navigate internal data structures and utilize AI-driven insights for day-to-day decision-making;
• Use AI to build ad hoc/MVP dashboards

User support & Bug resolution

• Resolution of user requests and bugs through Helpdesk and other channels;
• Quality checks of existing dashboards and data in the DWH.

Development of data-driven culture

• Development of users' communities;
• Active participation in infra optimization projects;
• New processes & approaches development.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in BA / BI / Data Vis, or a data-focused role.
• Proficiency in SQL: ability to quickly write efficient code selecting data from multiple sources (CTEs, temp tables, sub-queries, views);
• The Growth Mindset: a ravenous ability to learn fast and a strong willingness to grow professionally within the team.
• Business Curiosity: A genuine desire to deep dive into the business logic, look beyond the numbers, and understand how the business operates.
• Ability to work with large amounts of information and see the wood behind the trees along with attention to deep details;
• Can-do attitude, self-discipline, ability to push things to happen, passion for learning, team player;
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills and proactivity;
• Fluent English.

An advantage:

• Graduate with a degree in Computer Science/Mathematics/Data Analytics
• Familiarity with BI tools and hands-on experience (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.) or version control (Git).
• Basic knowledge of Python for data manipulation or automation.
