Collaborate with development teams to integrate database solutions into applications. Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements. Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards. Document database designs, processes, and procedures. Provide technical support and guidance to team members. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 2.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.2+ year proven experience with TDSQL, Ocean Base, My SQL, Mongo DB, and Redis. Strong understanding of cloud platforms. Experience in database performance tuning and optimization. Familiarity with data modeling and database design principles. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate technical information effectively. Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
