Required Experience: 10+ years of experience in Database Development
We are seeking an experienced Database Developer to design, develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise database solutions supporting large-scale data integration, migration, reporting, and transactional systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL Server, ETL development, data modeling, and reporting technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise databases, stored procedures, views, indexes, and data models.
- Develop and optimize ETL pipelines and workflows using SSIS, Python, PySpark, and SQL Server.
- Execute large-scale data migration, cleansing, validation, and transformation across enterprise systems.
- Build and optimize SQL scripts and stored procedures to support data conversion and ongoing processing.
- Develop data ingestion and transformation workflows across raw, staging, curated, and analytics layers.
- Design and maintain reporting solutions using SSRS and Power BI.
- Create logical and physical data models (ERDs) for enterprise applications.
- Monitor and optimize database performance and provide production support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, participating in development, code reviews, testing, and release activities.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of database development or data engineering experience.
- Strong expertise with SQL Server, T-SQL, and database performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with SSIS, Python, and/or PySpark.
- Strong experience in ETL development, data integration, and data modeling.
- Experience with SSRS and Power BI reporting.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or Jenkins.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in government, financial, or legal environments is a plus.
