We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Project Management Office (PMO) Team, supporting the successful implementation of our Health, Safety, Risk, and Compliance SaaS platform. You'll play a vital role in gathering, analysing, and finalising customer requirements, ensuring that each solution is tailored to deliver value while aligning with ecoPortal's product capabilities and delivery standards. As a Business Analyst, you'll collaborate closely with Project Managers, Implementation Specialists, and customer stakeholders to design fit-for-purpose solutions—ranging from minimal changes to standard templates through to complex, bespoke configurations. You'll need strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills, and an ability to work across technical and business teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and successful delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead customer workshops and meetings to capture, validate, and finalise business requirements in line with scope. Translate customer needs into clear, technically aligned documentation using tools such as process flows, user stories, and functional specifications. Support the design of both standard and custom solutions that align with ecoPortal platform capabilities. Collaborate with internal teams (Project Managers, Implementation Specialists) to ensure smooth solution delivery. Proactively identify and flag risks or misalignments early, recommending alternative solutions where appropriate. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating builds against requirements and assisting with defect triage. Contribute to a smooth customer transition from implementation to business-as-usual (BAU) through handover documentation. Maintain a deep understanding of ecoPortal's platform functionality to provide practical, value-driven guidance. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives, helping to refine our BA tools, templates, and methodologies. We're Looking for Someone Who... Has 2+ years of Business Analyst experience, ideally within SaaS or software implementation environments. Demonstrates strong requirement gathering, analysis, and solution design capabilities. Can confidently facilitate workshops and work directly with customers and internal teams to define the "what" and the "why." Is proficient in documentation practices, including process mapping, user stories, functional specs, and change logs. Understands the value of collaboration and can work fluidly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Has exposure to project delivery methodologies such as Agile or Hybrid models. Communicates clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing. Is naturally curious and detail-oriented, with a drive to understand how things work and improve them. Has experience or familiarity with Health, Safety, Risk, and Compliance (HSRC) systems – a bonus, but not required! Holds relevant certifications in Business Analysis (e.G., CBAP, CCBA) or has equivalent experience – highly desirable.
