In this role, you’ll be collaborating with a growthing international startup, so excellent English communication skills are a must, as the client values direct communication with our developers.
Responsibilities
- Utilize extensive experience in PHP to develop robust backend systems.
- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect HTML/CSS/JS code, adhering to design specifications.
- Implement frontend functionality using React, Angular, or Vue.js, contributing to a smooth user interface.
- Manage MySQL databases, ensuring optimal performance through proper indexing and efficient joins.
- Integrate with RESTful APIs to fetch and update data, ensuring seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
- Work effectively in small teams, taking ownership of tasks and delivering high-quality work without relying on a dedicated QA department.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Utilize version control systems such as Git for efficient code management and
- collaboration.
- Maintain availability for a few hours of overlap during Manila business hours to facilitate team communication and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Excellent English communication skills are a must.
- Previous experience with Laravel or similar PHP frameworks is highly desirable.
- Additional proficiency in Angular is a plus.
- Strong understanding of high-performance database management, including optimization techniques and query optimization.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Martech (Marketing Technology) and understanding of its business fundamentals is a bonus.
