Responsibilities
Support software deployment, updates, and security patches on employees' devices.
Oversee compliance with security policies and address vulnerabilities.
Provide Level 2 support: resolve escalated technical incidents requiring system-level or network policy intervention.
Manage Active Directory user lifecycle (creation, deletion, modification) and apply/maintain Group Policies (GPOs).
Qualifications
Typically requires 3-5 years relevant experience.
Endpoint management knowledge.
Monitoring and security experience.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating system environment.
Solid client service skills.
A+ desktop or equivalent certification required; additional certifications for various hardware platforms may be required.
Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
Desirable Skills
Knowledge or prior experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager (mobile device management and MDM/MAM policies).
Basic understanding of Azure Active Directory / Entra ID.
Work Location
Venustiano Carranza, CDMX, Ciudad de México.
Work Schedule
Rotating schedules: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., with weekend on‐call duties.
