Minimum 2-3 years of experience leading local AI systems and AI development projects
2-3 years of experience with LLM architecture, Python, prompt engineering, designing and building generative AI bots
Knowledge of RAG, Orchestration frameworks, Langchain, MCP, Contexts, Cursor AI, Toy Demos
Java 17 or higher
Springboot, Spring Data, Spring Security, WebFlux
Maven
API-First, openAPI
Experience with microservices, Hexagonal Architecture
Testing: Junit, Mockito,...
CI/CD: Github, Sonar, Github Actions
Grafana
Relational Database (Oracle/DB2), Non-relational Database (MongoDB)
Experience in DDD, TDD, BDD
Experience working in Agile/Scrum.
