Responsibilities :
- Database Development :
- Design, develop, and maintain robust databases and SQL queries in SQL Server .
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Data Analysis :
- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data requirements and objectives.
- Reporting and Visualization :
- Develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using Power BI .
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all reports.
- Cloud Data Management :
- Build and manage data pipelines and integrations in Snowflake and AWS .
- Implement ETL/ELT workflows and ensure data security in cloud environments.
- Documentation and Communication :
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all solutions.
- Communicate findings and insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaboration :
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business leaders.
- Participate in code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL Server and database development.
- Proven expertise in Power BI report and dashboard creation.
- Experience working with Snowflake as a cloud data platform.
- Proficiency in AWS services (e.g., S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda) for data solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and report writing.
- Advanced knowledge of T-SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Familiarity with data modelling concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema).
- Experience with data integration tools (e.g., SSIS, Talend, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, YAML, Powershell or SQL for automation.
- Hands-on experience with Debezium for change data capture (CDC).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Prior experience within the iGaming industry is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with advanced analytics and machine learning concepts.
- Certification in Power BI , Snowflake , or AWS is a plus.
