We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer (Hands-on) to help scale our product, raise engineering standards, and play a defining role in the future of our company.
This is a role for someone who still loves building every day — and also wants meaningful ownership and real influence.

What we\'re looking for
Experience
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong track record building and shipping production web applications
- Proven experience leading technical projects or mentoring developers
- Startup or high-growth environment experience is a strong asset
Technical strength
- Deep expertise in TypeScript
- Strong full-stack capabilities with React, Next.js, Node.js, APIs, and databases
- Strong software architecture instincts
- Ability to balance speed with long-term quality
Mindset

- Clear communicator with strong judgment under uncertainty

Language & location
- French is a strong asset
- Able to work in Montréal 2–3 days per week

- Frontend: React, Next.js, Material UI, Tailwind CSS, Shadcn
- Infrastructure: AWS (Lambda, DynamoDB, SQS, SNS, Cognito, S3, OpenSearch) and Cloudflare (Workers, Workflows, D1, R2, KV)
- Testing: Cypress and Jest
