Basic qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field- 10+ years of experience as a full stack developer, with at least 4 years in a senior role.
Leadership Responsibilities :- Lead and manage a team of 5 developers, providing technical guidance and mentorship- Establish and maintain development standards, best practices, and coding guidelines- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project timelines.
- Drive technical decision-making while fostering a collaborative environment- Identify and resolve team conflicts and technical challenges.
- Implement and maintain agile development practices Front-End Proficiency :- Extensive experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and front-end frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong experience with TypeScript.
- Ensure that all front-end code adheres to the highest standards, including code reviews, testing, and maintaining consistent coding practices across the team.
- Take ownership of front-end development from concept to deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features and updates.
Back-End Proficiency :- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot, including RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases- Understanding of API integration and third-party services.
General Skills :- Proficiency with version control systems like Git- Strong ability to articulate technical concepts and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior developers, fostering skill development and promoting best practices.
- Best Practices in Software Design Patterns/Architectures.
Preferred qualifications - Experience with testing frameworks such as Cypress.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
